Issue #8
Published Mar 1968 by Tower Comics.$28.00
A spin-off of Tower's Tippy Teen, featuring teen comedy designed and drawn by Archie Comics veterans. Go-go and Tippy wish that Animal and Tommy would be more like the romantic, chivalrous gentlemen they see in the movies. Go-Go fears doing anything the least bit scandalous when she realizes she's being followed by the school paper's gossip columnists, Bluntley and Blinkley. A photo pinup of The Lovin' Spoonful and a profile of Nancy Sinatra. Plus reader-submitted fashion designs and advice for teens on fashion, dating and parties, some hilariously dated. Front and back covers feature photos of The Beatles. Chivalry Rivalry; Roamin' Scandal; Lets Ask Go-Go; Fashion Tips From Our Readers. 48 pages, Full Color. Cover price $0.25.
