"The Burma Road is Bombed," art by Maurice Gutwirth; Vulcan, at the request of government officials, travels by ship to the Burma Road to be of assistance in protecting munition shipments that are being sent along that route, and joins two American Police officers who are aboard the ship for the same reason. Untitled story; Lightning must halt the destructive activities of Professor Grosskop, who is trying to destroy Boulder Dam in Colorado as well as disrupting electricity in the area to hinder the war effort at production plants.
