Untitled Shield story, script and art by Irv Novick; Professor Scott has invented a serum that can bring people back from the dead; In order to find out if it works he kills a man but is caught by the police before he can administer the serum; Tried and convicted of murder, he's sentenced to the electric chair. Untitled Willy the Wise Guy story, art by Herbert "Red" Holmdale; Willy disobeys a bunch of signs and then gets angry when others disobey a sign. Untitled story, art by Red Holmdale; Gloomy Gus enters and takes over the body of a man in hospital; He thinks it's great until he reads a newspaper and realizes the person is actually a criminal who can now be electrocuted since Gus has reanimated him.
