Windy and Whitey, was straight-up comedy of the Beetle Bailey/Sad Sack variety. Joe and Mulvaney agree to meet wrestler Mayhem McGee, only to learn that Mayhem is actually Maisie McGee. Sgt. Gruff learns that Pvts. Windy and Whitey are making a mockery of target practice with their bull's-eye marker. Joe and Mulvaney adopt a Korean kid called Peanuts the Mighty who becomes a valuable ally.
