The comic-strip adventures of aspiring model Fritzi Ritz and her boyfriend, the bumbling Phil Fumble. Fritzi was later known as "Aunt Fritzi" in the Nancy comic strip. Phil's housecleaning efforts are compromised by a 1950s habit of watching TV in the dark. Phil and Fritzi have misadventures while trying to ski down a mountain in deep snow. Phil bets Fritzi that he can survive in the wilderness for a week without food or supplies.
