Eddie is torn between being a cop like his father, or going into the ring to make it as a boxer. A former state legislator on Death Row asks to speak to the detective called Crime Smasher and makes a final request. First issue with the Comics Code seal on the cover. Having temporarily survived the Comics Code, the new title logo emphasis "Justice" instead of "Crime."
