Lawyer Les Wilcox faces a hopeless case of defending an innocent man in front of a crooked judge and a bought jury, so he changes to Masked Raider to balance Justice's scales. The Raider is captured by beautiful Anne Durell, who blames him for her brother's prison sentence. The Masked Raider joins a hunter in search of a rogue mountain lion, but soon learns which one is the real rogue, in a story with some exceptionally nice art (particularly on the cougar) by Pete Morisi.
