Spoiled, wealthy patient Ron tries to lord it over the hospital staff while recovering from his car wreck, but Betsy doesn't put up with it, and maybe that's why he falls for her. Madge is so distraught over an argument with her new husband Harold that Betsy doesn't realize it's just their first fight, in a story with early art by future Fantastic Four legend Joe Sinnott. An unbalanced patient who thinks Betsy is his dead wife suddenly turns up in the back of Betsy's car as she's driving home.
