Reprints issue #41 of regular Charlton series, with Blue Bird logo on front cover and Blue Bird ad on back cover, and an upper front cover imprint of various shoe retailers. 20 pages "Ship Wrecker", 2 page text story "The Big Exception", 3 pages "Marvin the Matador!" penciled and inked by Jon D'Agastino, 1 page "American Pioneer" starring Daniel Boone. Charlton presented this version of the mischievous Ollie Orwell as a promotional item for Blue Bird Comics, handed out at kids' shoe stores as a free giveaway. Ollie's parents are distraught at the prospect of a visit from his cousin Herman, the only kid who's more trouble than Ollie. The two wind up winning a yacht race with their invention, an aquatic go-cart. Ollie and his father visit a farm that is not prepared for the arrival of Li'l Genius.
