    A showcase anthology that launched many of Harvey's long-running titles. This issue features The GI Juniors, a spin-off of George Baker's Sad Sack featuring mischievous young cadets. In a comics-themed issue, the GI Juniors get hooked on comics - including the teachers - and the whole team goes into action when mysterious bad guys are stealing all the city's comics to create a black market in funnybooks. The issue-length story concludes with the Juniors invading the offices of comics publisher Harvey itself. This issue features Muttsy the Talking Dog, a spin-off of George Baker's Sad Sack featuring a loquacious canine. Visiting aliens give Sad Sack and Muttsy superpowers (complete with red capes), but then they give them to everybody else, including the Sarge and Muttsy's fleas. Muttsy trains to be a mine-hunting dog, but he's a little too enthusiastic. Muttsy inadvertently routs a spy ring when he gets locked in a trunk. Also featuring a vintage ad for the "Polaris Nuclear Sub" - for kids.
