    Vol. 11, No. 2, Issue 22, May 1974. Cover by Tim Kirk. Algol Began as a fanzine (won a Hugo in 1974 for best fanzine) before turning into a semi-pro magazine. At issue #34, title changes to Starship, and ran until issue #44 before ending. Features articles on SF and SF publishing, interviews with authors, and reviews. Vincent Di Fate, Richard A Lupoff, Susan Wood, and Frederick Pohl contributed columns on a regular basis. In this issue - Robert Bloch, Poul Anderson, Roger Elwood interview, Ted White, more; 52 pages, b&w, 8 1/4-in. x 11-in. Cover price $1.25.
