Vol. 13, No. 1, Issue 25, Winter 1976. Cover by Jack Gaughan. Algol Began as a fanzine (won a Hugo in 1974 for best fanzine) before turning into a semi-pro magazine. At issue #34, title changes to Starship, and ran until issue #44 before ending. Features articles on SF and SF publishing, interviews with authors, and reviews. Vincent Di Fate, Richard A Lupoff, Susan Wood, and Frederick Pohl contributed columns on a regular basis.
