    "Have the Decepticons defeated us once and for all?" - These inserts were included in the second or third series of Transformers toys. This particular insert featured a mail order offer for new Transformers toys. And it all revolved around an effort to thwart Thundercracker's (the newest Decepticon) sinister plan. This was an offer to join S.T.A.R.S. (Secret Transformers Autobot Rescue Squad). Plus, it offered discounted toys with the inclusion of "Robot Points". For the collector just missing that last piece. NOTE: This insert is collecting purposes only. The mail order offer is long since expired.
