Then, everybody wants that invention, including the evil Boris and Natasha in "The Invisible Ray or ----" and "Not Seeing is Believing or Who Put Out the Lights?" Issue also has "Fractured Fairy Tales" featuring the tale of two witches and how one wanted to meet a dashing young prince and "Bullwinkle's Corner gag strip. Scripts by David Manak and art by Ernie Colon & Al Milgrom. Cover price $1.00.

In this issue, the evil, corrupt and vile Baron Von Schtunk unveils his new weapon – a flying robot moose that looks like Bullwinkle but does all sorts of evil deeds. So Bullwinkle and Rocky have to stop the robot and prove their innocence in "Bullwinkle vs. Bullwinkle or Moosetakenly Yours" and "So You Wanna Be a Starfish or The Deep Six (Plus Two)." Issue also has "Peabody's Improbable History – The Wright Stuff" in which the history of the Wright brothers' invention of the airplane is revealed and a "Mr. Know-It-All" gag strip.
