It has an ad for MattyCollector.Com on the back cover. Inside front cover has a pinup of Superman and He-Man. No cover price and no UPC on the front cover. Superman vs. He-Man and The Masters of the Universe in "From Eternia with Death!" written by Paul Kupperberg with art by Curt Swan and inks by Mike DeCarlo.
