Davy struggles to save Skooby after a lab accident transforms him into a gigantic sea monster, in classic Jimmy Olsen sidekick-style. The monster looks like a cross between Savage Dragon and Fin Fang Foom, in a story (and cover) featuring early art by future Marvel legend Gil Kane.
