She offers him a treasure called the Map of Akasha as long as he keeps his silence about the secret chamber. Rentt agrees, but before he can find out more about her, she teleports him out of the dungeon.

Rather than fret and worry about this odd meeting, Rentt continues on his path to becoming a Mithril-class adventurer.

The last time Rentt saw vampire hunter Nive Maris, she warned him that vampires would soon attack the city of Maalt. Rentt begins to prepare for that possibility by collaborating with the adventurer's guild, but Lorraine suggests he first find the source of his divinity-his strongest weapon against the vampires. They decide to visit the shrine in Rentt's hometown of Hathara, where he got his first spark of divinity.

Before they go, Rentt has to gather materials for Alize's new wand. He goes to the NewMoon Dungeon to do so and reaches a mine on the fourth floor. However, once there he encounters something unexpected and legendary-an earth dragon!

He accepts, and in the process, feels the presence of a soul that has been watching over him throughout his career. Once they finally reach Hathara, Rentt is reunited with his family and old friends. The village celebrates his return by throwing a banquet, but Rentt seems conflicted about the exaggerated welcome and disappears in the middle of the festivities. During their meeting, the princess unexpectedly begs Rentt for a favor. Secrets and machinations abound among the Kingdom of Yaarans royalty, putting themselves and the kingdom at risk. The solution lies with the Land of the Venerable Holy Tree and the high elves that live there, but their help comes with conditions, ones that may involve Rentt and, of all things, his cursed mask!
