I was recently inventorying and cleaning up my comic book collection, and I came across this letter from you folks from back in 1983 -- the first time I ever purchased comic book bags and got serious about protecting my collection. (NOTE: attached image showed a message on Lone Star Comics letterhead regarding a supply chain failure that resulted in an unavoidable delay in shipping his order - Customer Service James) Reading this here in 2026, I am just impressed by your customer service and thoughtfulness in the letter I received. I was certainly happy to receive those bags when I was twelve. I have only recently replaced some of them! (I probably should have done so much sooner, but to the credit of the original manufacturer, the bags stayed in remarkably good condition.) Anyway - I just wanted to share this and say thank you. I'm pleased to see you're still thriving.
