Hi. I have been a customer for about 5 years, and have sold a couple of times and have always been pleased with the amounts you were willing to offer and the experience has always been pleasant. I have also bought several times, and think your prices and customer service are the best. Those things keep me coming back, but the real reason I think you are the best is illustrated by a recent experience I had. I had placed a very small order for a single magazine. There was a problem with the payment, due to my own fault completely. It would have been very understandable if after you informed me of the problem, you had just moved on to the next thing, especially since the order was so small. I was having some trouble fixing the problem (again, due to my own fault), and Grace, the Service Representative that was helping me, was very patient and understanding, and helped me until the problem was solved and I got the magazine I ordered. I really felt like a valued customer, and appreciate that you took the time to help with what was probably the smallest order that you had for that day. Going above and beyond like that is why MCS is tops with me. Thanks!
