I just want to state quite plainly how impressed I was, (and still am, truth be told) by the entirety of the ordering process. Checking the mail to find that a book I'd been searching for over a month had arrived was a bonus in itself. Seeing that it had been shipped in a box and not the expected bubble-lined mailer, with maybe a cardboard sheet to keep it stiff, definitely added a 'Wow!' factor to my day. I imagine reading someone gushing over choice of packaging material sounds a little odd, but seeing a book, one that would hardly be considered a collector's item at that, be shipped in a box that could easily hold another five or six copies and packaged in a way to ensure that it would not shift or receive damage within the box was quite astounding to me. More so in fact, as I am familiar with the shipping processes of most major book retailers, which aren't nearly as... well, caring as this.
In short, I can see that your company takes note of the little things when it counts, and thanks to that I'll certainly be recommending this place to any friend having a little trouble tracking down what they are after.
