It did not go unnoticed in your newsletter that one way you will use your savings from the new inventory system will be to pay the employees more...in my opinion, being ABLE (because I'm not naive, and the business needs to be able to support it!) and WILLING (not all employers are!) to do so is great for everyone involved.
