Later that evening, Tremor visits Twist as he is still haunted by the news that his brother, David, could be alive. There he discovers first hand that David works for Twist. Just as Tremor finds himself cornered, Spawn arrives and warns Twist, once again, to stay away from Wanda. Malebolgia then enlightens Al as to his puppeted position when he again tries to bargain his soul to leave Wanda alone. The Malebolgia reminds him that he already owns him, but agrees to leave Wanda alone in exchange for Al's loyalty and servitude.
