This issue reprinted Little Orphan Annie daily strips from 1935. Harold Gray's beloved strip features the adventures of the indefatigable kid hero and her beloved blank-eyed supporting cast, including Daddy Warbucks, Punjab and the Asp, and of course Sandy. 9-in. x 12-in., 76 pages, B&W. Gathering forces from the various alien races of Mongo in his bid to overthrow Ming the Merciless, Flash and Dale meet the Power Men of Mongo. This is the final Feature Book in this format; future issues would be roughly the size of standard comic books to follow. 9-in. x 12-in., 72 pages, B&W.
