Welcome to Dangertemps, Part 1. Story by S.A. Bennett. Art and cover by Christopher Taylor and Derrick Richardson. Shuriken, a former assassin turned freelance adventurer, was an early entry in both the Amerimanga and warrior woman trends that would explode over the next few decades. Unemployed and broke, Kyoko Shidara, aka Shuriken, takes a job with Danger Temps, basically a temp service for bodyguards. It sounds like a good idea at the time.... 16 pages, B&W. Cover price $1.50.
