Arthur and Tick have dinner with Art's sister, but their repast is interrupted by two goons shooting at them. After Man-Eating Cow lends a...uh...an udder in dispatching the villains, Tick decides that he and Arthur will leave for New York to fight real crime and leave their bovine companion to patrol The City in their stead. Arthur drives and the Tick navigates as the duo head for New York but our hero has a little trouble with the map (starting with the fact that it is a 1959 edition). After countless miles of driving all over creation, Arthur insists that they do the unthinkable--ask for directions. The Chainsaw Vigilante cuts his way through the rest of the Civic-Minded Five and sets his sights on the Tick and Arthur.
