In this adventure, the Turtle rescues an orphan from the Japanese forces, and the boy becomes the Turtle's longtime sidekick, Burma Boy. French pirate Black Buccaneer fights on the side of justice, in a strip patterned after Will Eisner's Hawks of the Seas.
