Stories and art by Wally Bishop, Lou Trakis, Charles Kuhn, and Harold Knerr. Standard Comics presents an anthology series featuring kids comics, starring those eternal rapscallions, the Katzenjammer Kids. The original German Bart Simpson x2, the Kids are up to constant mischief, usually directed against the stern authority figures in their lives: their long-suffering Mama, Der Captain (a stranded sailor and their surrogate father), and the schools envoy, Der Inspector. This issue features Katzenjammer stories that are original to the comic, as well as reprints from the comic strip. A phony treasure map gets the adults in hot water with the island's native population; Lil' Sigmund decides to become a doctor.
