Stories, art and cover by George Evans. JAL Publications reprints the classic adventure comic strips of the 20th century. Each issue focuses on a single strip as it appeared in 1989-1990. This issue reprints the Secret Agent Corrigan daily strip. Originally known as Secret Agent X-9, this was a comic strip created by writer Dashiell Hammett (The Maltese Falcon) and artist Alex Raymond (Flash Gordon). At the time of these strips, the strip was maintained by EC legend George Evans. 8 1/2-in. x 11-in., 64 pages, B&W. Cover price $4.95.
