The format is usually referred to as "nickel weekly" instead of "dime novel" format as this is standard magazine size. This issue features the short novel "Young Wild West and the Phantom Canoe, or Solving a Strange Mystery" by anonymous. 8-in. x 11 1/4-in., 32 pages, black and white. Cover price $0.05.
