Vol. 1 #1 - 2010. About this issue: per an amicable court settlement reached in April 2009 with current Film Monsters of Filmland trademark holder Philip Kim, former FMOF publisher Ray Ferry received the right to edit and publish one final issue to be issue #250. After some tangled legal wrangling, Kim made his own issue 250 and Ferry could not. This issue is the result of material Ferry wrote for the aborted issue 250 between May and Dec. of 2009. However he had already printed the issue. To comply with legal directions, Ferry pasted over all references to Film Monsters of Filmland. The cover, for example, has three pasteups: The new logo at the top, the drum and the Monsters logo at the bottom. Inside, there are also markings and pasteups. This is the way this magazine was finally released, it is not a variant or a mistake. As you can see from the cover, the corrections/deletions were very professionally done and are, in fact, hard to tell they are there unless you run your finger along the page. Note that within the story pages there are very little to no corrections made. Contents include: "Shock of Things That Were", "Ghoul's Gallery", "The Picture of Dorian Karloff" (story of lost art by Rolf Armstrong of Karloff as the Monster), "Life is But a Scream", "R.I.P. Forry" plus letters in the FMOF style. Front cover collage, back cover by Rolf Armstrong, the painting referenced in the "Picture of Dorian Karloff" article. 8 1/2-in. x 11-in., 50 pages, black and white.
