This booklet was disseminated by the U.S. Department of Labor in 1965. Providing information on the Neighborhood Youth Corps (a program of Lyndon Baines Johnson). Virtually every page features a nice Walt Kelly Pogo-character drawing. Complete with the Neighborhood Youth Corps membership card remains attached.
