    Death of Captain Stacy in "And Death Shall Come!" Part 3 of 3. Script by Stan Lee. Pencils by Gil Kane. Inks by John Romita. Cover by Gil Kane and John Romita. It's the third and final showdown between Doctor Octopus and the Amazing Spider-Man...in just as many days! However this time the wall-crawler has a special surprise for Doc Ock -- that might foul up his control of his mechanical arms! When the web-slinger and Dr. Octopus meet again in a rooftop clash, a crowd gathers below. Tragically, Doc Ock knocks the chimney off the roof...and it falls toward a young boy! However in heroic fashion, Captain Stacy saves the boy, but at a terrible cost to himself. Spider-Man rushes to help Gwen's father, but Captain Stacy's fate has been sealed.
