This treasury edition is a large format reprint of the Dick Tracy comic strip that was published by the Chicago Tribune and New York News Syndicate from 12-21-1943 to 05-17-1944. The same series of comic strips was also reprinted in Dick Tracy Monthly (1948-1961) issues 25-27. Script and art by Chester Gould. During World War II, Dick Tracy pursues one of the black market's top hitmen: Flattop! And what a wild and crazy pursuit it is with many twists and turns!
