Earl's neighbor McSnargle sneaks onto the rich rabbit's yacht in hopes of winning a $2 million dance contest. King Waddle sends his annoying jester on a sea cruise on Cappy Hotblast's pirate ship, but now Cappy has to deal with him. A Dutch general takes command of New Amsterdam, putting Peter Stuyvesant and Bummer out of work in colonial New York. Both these latter stories feature artwork possibly by EC legend Bernie Krigstein.
