Ogden Whitney fan are most familiar with his style style from the 1960s ACG titles. But here is an Ogden Whitney cover in a very different style! Also, be sure to also check out the back photo cover--two covers that tell a very different story formation point

Cover by Ogden Whitney. Stories and art by John A. Keel, Art Peddy, and Nina Albright. Actually #1 in the series, but numbered #10 on cover. Joan is forbidden to fraternize with the guests at the resort where she works, but she's drawn to handsome writer Ross anyway. Former waitress Susan gets to report on her old college rivals when she becomes a society reporter, but wealthy Craig actually seems pretty nice. Marvel Mini Books Millie the Model (1966) RED NM- 9.2

    Starts Feb 16

The Millie the Model Marvel Mini Book is one in a set of 6 released in 1966 via gumball vending machines. These are the smallest "comics" ever made, measuring just 5/8-in. x 7/8-in. with 50 black-and-white interior pages, and glossy covers (in various bright background colors). Whereas the Wham-O Giant Comics is the largest comics series ever produced (about full newspaper dimensions), this little Marvel Mini series of six represents the world's smallest comics set! The complete Marvel Mini Books series featured one book each for: Captain America, the Hulk, Millie the Model, Sgt. Fury, and Spider-Man, and Thor. Each title was released in six different colors (Blue, Green, Lime, Orange, Red and Yellow). NOTE: Way back in 1966, Buddy Saunders, Lone Star Comics/mycomicshop.com's owner bought several bags of these little gems. Over the years, he gave many away to customers who placed back issue orders, and sold other for $5 to $10 each as they grew scarce. Today, these tiny little comics are very difficult to find, but make a cool addition to any comics collection.
