Pre-Code crime comics from Charlton, focusing on swindlers and con games. Smooth customer Stockton Parkes runs a phony modeling agency, in a story with plentiful good-girl art. Business investors are conned by a fraudulent claim on uranium-rich land. Plus advice to the reader on avoiding con artists.
