In South America, Baron Heinrich Zemo shares a story with his son, Baron Helmut Zemo, about the time he killed the original Citizen V during WWII. And while the elder baron is speaking, the local citizens begin to revolt! In ruthless fashion Heinrich squashes the rebellion and executes all its leaders! The younger baron and Erik Josten are duly impressed. Meanwhile in Lower Manhattan, the Fixer breaks up a fight between Hydra and the Sub-Mariner! Cameo appearances by Dr. Karla Sofen, Doc Samson, Melissa Gold, Abner Jenkins, and Hallie Takahama. (Notes: This one-shot issue was part of Marvel's company-wide "Flashback" event; and published in July 1997 -- the same month as Thunderbolts #4.
