It's the third and final showdown between Doctor Octopus and the Amazing Spider-Man...in just as many days! However this time the wall-crawler has a special surprise for Doc Ock -- that might foul up his control of his mechanical arms! When the web-slinger and Dr. Octopus meet again in a rooftop clash, a crowd gathers below. Tragically, Doc Ock knocks the chimney off the roof...and it falls toward a young boy! However in heroic fashion, Captain Stacy saves the boy, but at a terrible cost to himself. Spider-Man rushes to help Gwen's father, but Captain Stacy's fate has been sealed.
