One of the greatest Spider-Man stories of all-time! Peter Parker returns from Canada to find his world on fire! As the situation becomes more and more stressful, Norman recalls his super-villain past -- and the Green Goblin lives once more! However this version of the goblin is more sick and twisted than previous ones. And to get revenge against the web-slinger, the goblin kidnaps Gwen and takes her to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge. So then and there, the Amazing Spider-Man and the Green Goblin fight for the life of Gwen Stacy. But sometimes the good guys don't win. A heartbreaking ending. Cameo appearances by Mary Jane Watson, J. Jonah Jameson, and Joe Robertson. (Notes: This two-part story was a watershed event in the history of Marvel Comics. This issue was reprinted in Marvel Tales #98 and again in issue 192.) 32 pages. Cover price $0.20.
